How do we decide?
Every day we take the lowest price across all stores (excluding mini, set and other-size offers). Rock-bottom: within 2% of the period's lowest and below average. Real discount: at least 5% below average. Inflated: at least 8% above average, or the store's discount doesn't hold up against the average. A verdict needs at least 14 days of history.
